My 4-year old son had open heart surgery at the (then) University of Minnesota Amplatz Children’s Hospital when he was 9 weeks old. In each of the past three months, he’s been having procedures at the U of MN Masonic Children’s Hospital in preparation for his next surgery in early 2017. We were surprised (and delighted) to see your organization handing out teddy bears in November. In fact, he was able to receive one. He got such a kick out of getting a teddy bear. He was having a rough day and the bear lifted his spirits! It’s been a valuable member of our family ever since.
Thank you to you and your organization for the joy you bring to the children who receive a teddy bear from you. I pray for continued success and blessings to you and your organization. Happy New Year!
